Grant requests should be submitted no later than two (2)
weeks prior to the next meeting of the Board of Trustees.

Deadlines for submittal are as follows:

January 20th
May 20th
August 20th
November 20th

A Post-Grant Report Form must be submitted to the foundation upon completion of your project. No future funding requests will be considered prior to the foundation's receipt of this form.
